Your rate is set from the number of active physical sites you manage, and climbs as your portfolio grows.

Rates are progressive: each tier applies only to the physical sites in that band. The base is the monthly platform subscription, € 150 per site, actually collected, and it is paid to you every quarter. Rented hardware carries no commission.

From your partner portal, you flag a signed prospect. That is your signal to us.
HVG prepares the paperwork
We build the quote and the contracts, and open the Solaryx account.
Setup is billed
HVG invoices and collects the setup before any work starts on site.
You install and train
You set up the salon on site: beds, cash register, configuration and staff training.
HVG bills the subscription
We invoice and collect the monthly subscription by direct debit, month after month.
We pay you
Your setup share, then your quarterly commission, paid on what was actually collected.
Support, split cleanly
Clients reach support through HVG. A ticket for one of your salons lands with you first, and you escalate a bug or a change to us.
Blocking issue
The salon cannot work. You take it on immediately, 7 days a week.
Non-blocking question
Everyday usage. You reply to the client within three days at the latest.
Bug or change
You escalate to HVG. Fixes, evolutions and legal changes are on us.

What if I stop?
The clients stay on HVG infrastructure and under HVG contract. Once you no longer manage them, the commission stops.
What if I run my own tanning salons?
You can equip and install them yourself. The base setup share is 50% instead of 75%, since there is no selling involved, and your own salons get a 20% to 50% subscription discount. They do not count toward your tier.
What is the commission calculated on?
On the monthly platform subscription only, € 150 per site. Rented hardware carries no commission.
