See the whole day at a glance

Appointments, walk-ins and sessions land in one Gantt planning per salon. Drag to move, click to reassign a full day, and follow each one from request to attended, no-show or cancelled.

Schedules that build themselves

Describe your opening hours, durations and seasons once: Solaryx generates the slots and keeps them honest with leaves, capacity and site rules. Exceptions cover holidays and maintenance days.

Appointment Booking & Scheduling

Resource-Based & Staff-Based Scheduling

Book by physical resource (bed, cabin, treatment room) or by employee. Each appointment type picks its own model, duration and price.

Three-Level Service Catalog

Universe, category, service type. Planning, dashboards, booking and website follow the same hierarchy, so a new service is set up once.

Live Planning Updates

When a colleague books or cancels at another register, every open planning follows within seconds, without reloading. A dragged booking is drawn in its new place at once, and goes back if the move is refused.

Modify a Booking in One Screen

Service, bed or employee, hour, people, options: changed in one screen, with the same safety rules as a new booking and the price difference settled on the spot.

Day Planning in the Booking Window

The booking window draws the day of every bed or employee the service can use, with red hatching where this customer's UV delay forbids a session. Slide a block to adjust the hour or switch bed.

Turnaround Time & Overlap Tolerance

Set the turnaround a bed or a room needs once and every service inherits it. Where a few minutes of overlap are harmless, let a booking bite into its neighbour so a full day still sells its last slots.

Staff Assignment Rules

Keep a multi-service visit with one employee, or spread it to expose more slots. Ties break first free, round-robin or lightest week.

Appointment Lifecycle & Bulk Tools

Full status tracking from request to attended, no-show or cancelled, with bulk create, move and delete.

Schedule Templates & History

Weekly templates speed up new schedules, and past appointments stay evaluated against the rules in force when they were booked.

Import From Your Previous Software

A guided wizard brings your session history over, matches old services and beds to the new ones, and previews everything first. Customers come over with their language, and imported history is never flagged as a conflict or a no-show.

Responsive & Dark Mode Interface

Mobile-friendly interface to manage appointments from phone or tablet. Full dark mode coverage across calendar, planning, and management views, and a dark mode of its own for the register.

Change a booking without starting over

Modify changes what a booking is: its service, bed or employee, day and hour, the number of people, the options, or a whole chain of services at once. It offers only what the customer may take, shows what changes, money included, before anything is written, and settles a price difference on the spot.

Cancelling a booking that holds money says what was paid and where it can go: moved to another booking, refunded, or kept by the salon when the cancellation comes too late.

Your history is not left behind

The hardest part of changing software is not learning the new one, it is losing ten years of customer sessions.

This matters more than it sounds in a Belgian salon: the legal delays between sessions are computed from that history. Import it and the safety rules are right from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Online bookings, phone bookings and walk-ins all land in the same planning, so a bed or an employee can never be promised twice.
