Identify, pick a session, pay: a few taps and your regular is on their way to the bed, while your team stays with the customers who need them. Every safety rule you run today keeps applying.
Three kiosks, one machine
The kiosk that helps at the counter and the one that opens your evenings are the same device at two settings. You can move up later.
1. Order terminal
The customer identifies, picks a session and pays with their prepaid balance or session pack. Staff start the bed with one tap. Your queue drops, your legal setup does not change.

2. Checkout terminal
Same thing, plus card payments on an unattended terminal. Staff still start the beds.

3. Autonomous kiosk
The kiosk starts the bed itself through the relay box. This is what extends your opening hours, and it is also what turns your salon into an automated tanning centre, with the obligations that follow.

Why our kiosk will refuse things others accept
The Belgian decree of 20 June 2002 anticipated the machine: it transfers to the control system the duties of the person at the desk. When a human applies the rules the proof is paperwork; when the machine does, the proof is its log.
So the kiosk will identify a real, known customer first, by eID or by the card handed over at reception. A name typed on a screen will never start a bed, and there will be no "start anyway" button, for anyone, including you.

Every Safety Rule Still Applies
Skin type, age, delay, first session halved, maximum duration: the kiosk calls the same rules as your register.
The Proof An Inspector Will Ask For
Each session records what was applied that day: skin type, duration cap, delay, rank in the series. Not what today's settings would produce.
Keeps Working Without Internet
Identification, safety checks and bed control run on the salon network: a provider outage does not close an unattended salon.
Staff Overlay, Inside The Rules
Your team unlocks the kiosk with their badge to stop a session, mark a cabin cleaned or move a customer to another bed. What they cannot do is extend a duration or shorten a legal delay.
Belgium First, By Design
Self-service is allowed in Belgium and forbidden in several other countries, so the kiosk is locked to where it is lawful. Unattended, the information the law requires on display sits on the idle screen and prints as a sign.
Frequently asked questions
It is in development and we are not announcing a date. Salons that join the pilot get it first, and help us decide which mode ships first.
Not in Belgium, and this is not a technical limit. The law requires oral information about the risks, a skin type determined with the person in charge, and a document signed by both. New customers are sent to reception.
No, and be careful with anyone who tells you otherwise. A Belgian salon whose beds are started by a machine becomes an automated tanning centre: the person in charge must be present at least four days a week and one hour a day, and specific information must be displayed. The kiosk extends your opening hours, it does not replace your staff.
Two prices, excluding VAT and on top of your subscription: € 50 per month per kiosk without a payment terminal, € 70 with the CCV A35 built in. Rented, never sold, no setup fee, six month minimum.
